- What is the nature and description of the request? 
As an admin I require the ability to view the audit logs from the WebUI (bz:  1536680) which will require access to the operations index.

- Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) 
Because they need to be able see who did what against the cluster without requiring interaction from Operations to manually collect and provide said logs

- Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?
