Version 7.0 come on Dec 21, 2017 https://github.com/AltraMayor/f3/releases.
Please update f3 in Fedora.

Also it have very helpful binaries (extra targets) f3probe, f3brew, f4fix - https://fight-flash-fraud.readthedocs.io/en/stable/introduction.html#the-extra-applications-for-linux
