Description of problem:
Bose QuiteComfort 35 will not reconnect after resuming from sleep on Lenovo P50
the only way to make it reconnect is to restart the bluetoothd service.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Connect to the bluetooth headset
2.Put Laptop to standby
3.Resume and try to reconnect to the headset.
