[patch] Update to 1.7.3 (#1541187)

diff 1.7.2 -> 1.7.3 for ginac/matrix.h
I don't think this is ABI compatible because GiNaC::matrix::inverse() const is inlined, see attached files. Sounds like it should be pushed to rawhide and all deps rebuilt. Would probably be best to do this before the mass rebuild that is coming up. We might also want to bring this upstream, as this a minor release without an soname bump, so the incompatibility might be unintended. $ dnf repoquery --disablerepo='*' --enablerepo='fedora' --releasever=rawhide --alldeps --whatrequires 'libginac.so.6()(64bit)' Last metadata expiration check: 0:00:51 ago on Sun 04 Feb 2018 19:22:58 CET. ginac-devel-0:1.7.2-6.fc27.x86_64 ginac-utils-0:1.7.2-6.fc27.x86_64 orocos-bfl-0:0.8.99-8.20160503gitc1b18e3.fc26.x86_64 orsa-openmpi-0:0.7.0-43.fc27.x86_64 If not, I can take care of rebuilding orocos-bfl (which is currently FTBFS and needs some work anyway). (In reply to Till Hofmann from comment #7) > We might also want to bring this upstream, as this a minor release without > an soname bump, so the incompatibility might be unintended. It was unintended. Fixed in release 1.7.4. Latest upstream release: 1.7.4 Current version/release in rawhide: 1.7.2-7.fc28 URL: http://www.ginac.de/ Please consult the package updates policy before you issue an update to a stable branch: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Updates_Policy More information about the service that created this bug can be found at: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Upstream_release_monitoring Please keep in mind that with any upstream change, there may also be packaging changes that need to be made. Specifically, please remember that it is your responsibility to review the new version to ensure that the licensing is still correct and that no non-free or legally problematic items have been added upstream.
