1. Description

Support "multiple --hint capability" to specify multiple hints in "openstack server create" command

2. Use case

hard to figure out how to specify multiple hints in "openstack server create" command, unsure if command got executed since document do not state it.

For the hints parameter,  it needs to mention multiple can be specified by repeating the --hint param

doc for nova boot does a slightly better job at it:

however, both could be improved by explicitly mentioning multiple --hint capability
