Description of problem:
%configure --enable-animation in fedora extras gnome-theme-clearlooks package 
But this option(--enable-animation) isn't in gtk2-engines.spec of fedora devel
(or maybe FC4T2).

We intentionally disable animations in the clearlooks theme, since the mechanism
by which  they are implmented are hacky and require changes to the GTK+ theme
interface to make them work reliable.
