Hello,

I am packaging a new program called Ravada and I've been asked to make it available for EPEL7. It depends on perl-Sys-Statistics-Linux, so could you please build it for EPEL7?

All the dependencies are already available, it just needs to be merged from master and rebuild.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 28 development cycle.
Changing version to '28'.
