Description of problem:

If we click submit it, it remains on bookmark page and subsequent submits don’t address the issue and the bookmark is never there.

Steps to Reproduce:
>>>
1. Navigate to Satellite WebUI >> Hosts >> Reports >> 
2. Search box search any query. 
For ex:
 reported =  "6 days ago" 
3. and click on "Bookmark this search" in drop down of search button. 

Actual results:
>>> Unable to save bookmark.

Expected results:
>>> We should be able to save bookmark.

Additional info:
>>> When try to save, it does not move further and remains in /bookmark page.

Verified with Sat6.6 snap 7, using reproducer from OP.
