Description of problem:

On this page, 
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/12/html-single/integrating_an_overcloud_with_an_existing_red_hat_ceph_cluster/

In  section 3 (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/12/html-single/integrating_an_overcloud_with_an_existing_red_hat_ceph_cluster/#integrate-cluster) you refer to a file called '/usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/storage/external-ceph.yaml' which is the correct file. 

However, in section 3.3 (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/12/html-single/integrating_an_overcloud_with_an_existing_red_hat_ceph_cluster/#create-overcloud) in the deploy step, you refer to the file, '/usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/external-ceph.yaml' you simply miss the "/storage/" from the path.  This leads to a deployment failure.

Also, in section 3 (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openstack_platform/12/html-single/integrating_an_overcloud_with_an_existing_red_hat_ceph_cluster/#integrate-cluster)  in the parameters sections, there is no mention about the parameter 'CephExternalMonHost:', isn't this one mandatory ?
