Cause: A bug was introduced that caused snapset inconsistencies to be ignored Consequence: Scrub no longer detected and reported this error. Fix: The inconsistency is detected again. Result: Even better the error isn't just identified as a generic attr_value_mismatch, but has its own error "snapset_inconsistency"

Resolved in v12.2.4 upstream.
