Cause: A bug was introduced that caused snapset inconsistencies to be ignored
Consequence: Scrub no longer detected and reported this error.
Fix: The inconsistency is detected again.
Result: Even better the error isn't just identified as a generic attr_value_mismatch, but has its own error "snapset_inconsistency"

@David, please let us know when will this fix be in 3.0.z1? Resolved in v12.2.4 upstream. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
