Description of problem:

Qt and PyQt programs that use QtTableView with a sorted model have their
column widths reset to the default. This breaks the usability of a tables.

and claims its *really* fix in 5.9.5.

Please package 5.9.5 or better.

This is broken with qt5 5.9.4 that is current for f27.

Qt 5.9.6 is in stable updates now.
