+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1545307 +++

Text-Template-1.47 changed license declarations to address <https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=102523>. That means there is no (GPLv2+ or Artistic) code in the release.

However, the License: tag was not changed and it still is:

(GPL+ or Artistic) and (GPLv2+ or Artistic)

It should be changed to:

GPL+ or Artistic
