Description of problem:

targetcli saveconfig fails, as a result on restart of target service all the target configuration is lost.

How to reproduce:
$ targetcli / saveconfig                                                                                                                                                                       
Last 10 configs saved in /etc/target/backup.        
invalid literal for int() with base 10: 'glfs/sample1.0.104/block-store/22897f92-dfff-48c9-913e-cbedbe48822a'    


Issue seen with version:
python-rtslib-2.1.fb63-2

Regression tests with python-rtslib-2.1.fb63-5.el7 passed.
