Proposed spec file update

Hello,

I attach to this ticket a patch on environment-modules spec file that corresponds to changes made on bugfix release v4.1.1.

* hostname requirement is moved to compat subpackage (fix 1545369)
* procps is added to build requirements as 'ps' command is now checked at ./configure time
* I also propose to use RPM macro file available in main source tarball to avoid an additional source element without a valid URL
