Gluster volume plugin logs at /var/lib/origin/openshift.local.volumes/plugins/kubernetes.io/ when a pod uses PV from Gluster storage. These logs should be logrotated, which component should ship log rotate files for it?

This has actually been closed from #1546216 due to a misunderstanding.
All the relevant information has been added to the original bug.
