This release removes a (private) module. It also changes version comparison implementation. Safer for Fedora ≥ 28 only.

perl-5.24.4-RC1 delivers updated Module::CoreList 5.20180414_24 that updates only data and does not remove the Module::CoreList::TieHashDelta module. That means the same-version CPAN Module-CoreList will probably differ from the one delivered by the CORE.
