As user of OpenShift online web interface I'd like to see a link to a place I could report a bug. It could lead to Bugzilla, however it would be nice if users could report bugs without creating account there.

In addition, it would be great if the bug would automatically include cluster name and OpenShift version so users don't need to bother with these and developers would get the most important information they need.

It could prevent users to report issues at weird places like this: https://github.com/openshift/origin/issues/18657
