Description of problem: OVS server mode guest staying in pause state without including "group = hugetlbfs" in /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf

I am assigning this to OVS team because the including of ""group = hugetlbfs" is a must for running OVS server mode guest.
NOTE: Server mode guest is being promoted for OVS 2.9.0.
