Additionally, it happens during two-finger scrolling. And it doesn't happen for some time right after starting a session or when switching from a tty, but I don't really understand when/after what exactly it starts happening. It happens both on Wayland and X11. I have the same problem with a Thinkpad X220 libinput-1.10.1-2.fc27 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 27. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-82be4acb08 libinput-1.10.1-2.fc27 seems to be working fine so far. libinput-1.10.1-2.fc27 has been pushed to the Fedora 27 testing repository.
