Description of problem:
"Basic support" appears twice on account's "Current Plan". Please refer to attachment

OpenShift Master: v3.7.9 (online version 3.6.0.90)
Kubernetes Master: v1.7.6+a08f5eeb62 

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Sign up a Pro plan;
2.Click "manage subscription" to check "Current Plan"


Actual results:
"Basic support" is displayed twice in "Current plan"

Expected results:
"Basic support" should be displayed once and correctly

This is a simple fix but still pushing it out because its minor and can be addressed post-release.

Testing on manage.int.openshift.com
Three time appearance of "Basic Support" which would result in confusion. Attachment added.

Not fixed in INT env.
New problem:
1. No Support addon as default resource in plan;
2. "Community" support instead of "Basic" support in current plan page.

Hi Yufen,

The PR to fix this issue has been merged into master which means it is deployed to INT but not yet STG. Would you mind retesting it on INT?

The bug is now ready for retesting on INT.
