/usr/sbin/rmt in rmt-2:1.5.3-11.fc28.x86_64, /usr/bin/scpio in scpio-1.5.3-11.fc28.x86_64, /usr/bin/spax in spax-1.5.3-11.fc28.x86_64, /usr/bin/star in star-1.5.3-11.fc28.x86_64 have not been linked with the standard Fedora linker flags (LDFLAGS) from redhat-rpm-config.
