It would be useful for organizational purposes to have the ability to create folders in the virt-manager interface.  These folders would exist only in the virt-manager UI.

These types of features, to do bulk management or organize large amounts of VMs, are outside the target usecase of virt-manager per the recently published design document: https://github.com/virt-manager/virt-manager/blob/master/DESIGN.md

I realize these things are useful for some users, but we do not plan to implement anything like it in virt-manager, sorry. Closing as WONTFIX
