Document "Ignore OVF update failure" check box in the Admin Portal.

Compute > Storage > Storage details > Data Center tab > Maintenance button. 

Check box is in Storage Domain maintenance dialog box.

Looks like the linked BZ is a bug fix related to the RFE, bug 1321585. Switching out the Depends On so we don't double up on a doc BZ for the RFE.
