Description of problem:
Failed to add rhvh4.2(el7.5) to engine, error happened as below:

The current cluster compatibility level supports [pc-i440fx-rhel7.5.0, pseries-rhel7.5.0] and the host emulated machines are pc-i440fx-rhel7.1.0,pc-q35-rhel7.3.0,rhel6.3.0,pc-i440fx-rhel7.0.0,rhel6.1.0,pc-i440fx-rhel7.4.0,rhel6.6.0,rhel6.2.0,pc,pc-i440fx-rhel7.3.0,q35,pc-i440fx-rhel7.2.0,rhel6.4.0,pc-q35-rhel7.4.0,rhel6.0.0,rhel6.5.0.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the new rhvh4.2
2. Add rhvh to engine


Actual results:
1.After step#2, failed to add the rhvh to engine

Expected results:
1. After step#2, add rhvh to engine successfully

Additional info:
No such issue on rhvh4.2(el7.4)

During the testing, there is _NO_ such issue on RHEL 7.5 as host with vdsm-4.20.19-1 when adding it into engine version: 4.2.2.1-0.1.el7.

I think it's duplicate of this bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1547196 , problem is that in this rehvh is old qemu package from rhel 7.4 but needs to be from 7.5.
