Description of problem:
Under 2.6.10-1.770_FC everything is working fine and looks line this:

 IT8212: IDE controller at PCI slot 0000:00:0e.0
 ACPI: PCI Interrupt Link [LNKC] enabled at IRQ 12
 ACPI: PCI interrupt 0000:00:0e.0[A] -> GSI 12 (level, low) -> IRQ 12
 IT8212: chipset revision 17
 it821x: controller in smart mode.
 IT8212: 100% native mode on irq 12
     ide2: BM-DMA at 0xdca0-0xdca7, BIOS settings: hde:DMA, hdf:pio
     ide3: BM-DMA at 0xdca8-0xdcaf, BIOS settings: hdg:pio, hdh:pio

After kernel update to 2.6.11-1.14_FC3 above section gone at all from dmesg.

Problem fixed by new kernel:
kernel-2.6.11-1.27_FC3
