Description of problem:

Systat package is a key player in diagnosing performance issues, but when we get the issue raised, is late as we don't have it installed, have to install package and wait for issue to reproduce


Actual results:

sysstat is not installed

Expected results:

systat intalled by default on all nodes

This should be part of our overall day 2 ops strategy, as such Cloud Ops should evaluate and decide where and when we want to install and configure this service.
