Description of problem:
There are some deprectated URL in README and rpm -qi output.
Such as

rpm -qi xfsprogs
URL         : http://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/
Refer to the documentation at http://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/

/usr/share/doc/xfsprogs-4.5.0/README
        http://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/

These "oss.sgi.com" address does not exist any more.
Now DNS re-route to 
https://www.hpe.com/us/en/solutions/hpc-high-performance-computing.html

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
xfsprogs-4.5.0-13.el7.x86_64

Additional info:
Upstream document points that https://xfs.wiki.kernel.org/
is an address for the Project.

Yes, thanks.  Not only deprecated but wrong after the redirect.  Will fix, but next release.
