List of kernel modules in Section 6.2 do not match the list given by cns-deploy in OCP 3.7

Suggestions for improvement: 

Add missing kernel modules to Section 6.2

Additional information: 

Section 6.2:
Before running the cns-deploy tool, you must ensure that the dm_thin_pool, dm_multipath, and target_core_user modules are loaded in the OpenShift Container Platform node. 

cns-deploy:
The following kernel modules must be loaded:
 * dm_snapshot
 * dm_mirror
 * dm_thin_pool
 * dm_multipath
 * target_core_user

dm_mirror and dm_snapshot are missing in Section 6.2.  Please verify the list with development.
