src/lib/rwlock.c is compiled with -fno-exceptions, overriding the standard Fedora compiler flags (CFLAGS) from redhat-rpm-config.

This is undesirable because it disables the cancellation hardening for the pthread_cleanup_push/pthread_cleanup_pop macros.
