Description of problem:
uim-0.4.6 has been out for a while.  (Since Feb 26).  It adds some nice features, including a GUI configuration tool.  It would be nice to update to it.

uim-0.4.5.1-2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -q uim
2. Note the version is 0.4.5.1

A spec file for 0.4.6 (modified from 0.4.5.1)

Here's a spec file for 0.4.6, modified from the one in Fedora Extras for
0.4.5.1  I had to add a few things because of the new GUI tool in 0.4.6.  (And
force the Canna support to get built.)
