gdeploy configuration file for the single node installation should be provided with cockpit-ovirt-dashboard plugin

As there no specific rpms for RHHI solution made available, this gdeploy configuration file can piggyback on with the gdeploy-templates made available with cockpit-ovirt-dashboard.
