Description of problem:
No audio device found after logout then login.

pulseaudio-11.1-7
plasma-pa-5.11.5-1


How reproducible:
Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to KDE.
2. You hear the sound "A new session is starting" (Oxygen-Sys-Log-In-Short.ogg).
3. Logout.
4. Login again.
5. No sound, no device is listed in Audio Volume applet. No device in "System Settings -> Multimedia"


Actual results:
No audio device available.

Expected results:
The audio device should be present.

Additional info:
One workaround is to open a "Konsole" and enter "killall pulseaudio"

Of course start pulseaudio by the command "pulseaudio --start".
