Description of problem:
There is EPEL7 branch for git-lfs, but no build. And yet the master branch builds in Koji without a problem https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=25657519

Sorry about that.  I did the initial work to make the spec file compatible (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/git-lfs/pull-request/1), but it fell off my plate at some point.  Thanks for the reminder, I merged the latest commits back to the epel7 branch and started a build.
