Description of problem:
For RHV provider, have a down VM. Create a snapshot, and then revert from this snapshot. When trying to remove the snapshot it is not possible - pointing the Remove icon show help message: "Delete is not allowed for a snapshot that is the active one".
Removal of this same snapshot, from RHV side is possible.

Expected results:
Removal of the snapshot after revert should be possible.
