with current kernels it makes sense to report status of retpolines instead of ibpb which is currently just a derived setting based on ibrs

So, let's change the kernelFeatures reporting from IBRS,IBPB,PTI to IBRS,RETP,PTI.
This is reflected in webadmin in the Host detail

Verify with: 4.2.3-0.1.el7

Under host tab --> Software --> Kernel Features 
On my host:
Kernel Features: PTI: 1, IBRS: 0, RETP: 1

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.3 release, published on May 4th 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.3 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.

If the solution does not work for you, please open a new bug report.
