Description of problem:
Trying to create test for CVE-2017-10379, beaker-wizard was unable to properly initialise using the information from the bug, i.e. to include the CVE number instead of bug number and to categorize the test as Security.

Later on, I have found that I cannoe even add the CVE number manually.
