Description of problem:
Right now we are only able to drain a node, and it's tricky to just evict one or n+1 

We'd like to have it put in the oc adm commands list

The API calls should be ttps://docs.openshift.org/latest/rest_api/api/v1.Pod.html#Post-api-v1-namespaces-namespace-pods-name-eviction
