Tested several migrations of a RHEL-6 VM, running on a Fedora 29 host, with a USB disk attached to the guest. Works for me with spice-client-msi-4.3-1 mingw-virt-viewer-7.0-2.el7ev Works for me just fine on these components: rhvm-appliance-4.3-20190305.1.el7.x86_64 ovirt-hosted-engine-ha-2.3.1-1.el7ev.noarch ovirt-hosted-engine-setup-2.3.6-1.el7ev.noarch qemu-kvm-rhev-2.12.0-21.el7.x86_64 ovirt-engine-setup-4.3.2-0.1.el7.noarch spice-server-0.14.0-6.el7_6.1.x86_64 Linux 3.10.0-957.10.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Feb 7 07:12:53 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.6 (Maipo) Forth to my findings and to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1559041#c5, moving to verified.
