Previously, guest virtual machines with USB support enabled became unresponsive after migration to a different host. The current release fixes this issue and guests work as expected after migration.

Tested several migrations of a RHEL-6 VM, running on a Fedora 29 host, with a USB disk attached to the guest.
Works for me with spice-client-msi-4.3-1 mingw-virt-viewer-7.0-2.el7ev
