I get an error when creating a site in the mirror manager.
The error is when I create a site with the name "fedoralinux.ir"

I think you might be referring to a different project,
this is repoman, a project used by oVirt and Lago projects to handle repositories, not yum mirrors.

Anton, if we're not using Bugzilla to track issues for repoman, might be worth to remove it from here.
