Description of problem:

SUI shows incorrect 'Available' value for CD/DVD  on VM Details page. It looks like it shows the available storage value.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1.Provision a service through classic UI or SUI.
2.In SUI, click 'My Services'. Click the service link.
3.Click any VM in the 'Resources' section to get to the VM details page.


Actual results:
--------------
Incorrect 'Available' value for CD/DVD on VM Details page when the VM has no CD attached.


Expected results:
----------------
'Available' value for CD/DVD on VM Details page should be 0 when the VM has no CD attached.
