FindTaglib.cmake detects wrong version and won't compile kaudiocreator

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download kaudiocreator src rpm
2. try to rebuild
3. thinks taglib 1.10 is less than 1.4

Actual results:
fails

Expected results:
should compile

Fixed with kdelibs-4.14.8-13.el7.
