Florian already worked on a fix for that issue and has been merged in master and I've proposed the backport into stable/queens.

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-tripleo-validations-8.4.1-5.el7ost.  This build is available now.

Still failing with the same error in: openstack-tripleo-validations-8.4.1-5.el7ost.noarch
