Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to storage creating page: console/project/myproject/create-pvc
2. Check Learn More link below to the "Storage Class" drop-down list
3. Expand "Use label selectors to request storage.", check Learn More link below to the "Label Selector"

Actual results:
2. It links to https://docs.openshift.com/dedicated/install_config/persistent_storage/dynamically_provisioning_pvs.html and it's 404
3. It links to https://docs.openshift.com/dedicated/install_config/persistent_storage/selector_label_binding.html and it's 404
4. https://1strankdirectory.com/

Expected results:
2&3. Should display the doc page correctly.
