Description of problem:
"%define rhel 1" in kdebase.spec from kdebase-3.3.1-4.3.FC3.src.rpm disables kdeprintfax in Fedora Core 3 kdebase-3.3.1-4.3.FC3 package.

1. $ rpm -q kdebase
kdebase-3.3.1-4.3.FC3

2 $ kdeprintfax
bash: kdeprintfax: command not found

Oh, it's a bug,  it should be removed in RHEL but not in FC. It's now fixed
in CVS. I will do fc3 update soon. Thanks for your report.
