s390x failure is the same, good chance it's a big-endian issue Yes, noted that as well. The same tests fail on s390x, see #1562076, so the problem may be related. this issue has been reported upstream at: https://software.ecmwf.int/issues/browse/SUP-2409 the problem remains after upgrading to eccodes 2.8.0 This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle. Changing version to '29'. This can be closed, seems there has been some changes as eccodes now builds on s390x. ppc64 is not supported any more in Fedora and there isn't any issue on ppc64le. |
