Description of problem:
Currently on Online Pro the add/manage collaborator page only instructs how to use CLI.

It should be updated to give the instructions (perhaps we could even do some work to integrate with the native console feature), to use the native console:

Navigate to project
Resources -> Membership

and then instruct how to use to modify or add access.
