Description of problem:
While installing openstack-queen in virt-manager using RHEL using packstack
it shows the error
ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: 10.65.223.81_controller.pp
Error: Execution of '/usr/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y install openstack-selinux' returned 1: Error: Package: openstack-selinux-0.8.13-1.el7.noarch (openstack-queens)
You will find full trace in log /var/tmp/packstack/20180406-055237-dl5DKL/manifests/10.65.223.81_controller.pp.log

openstack-selinux-0.8.13-1.el7.noarch requires
according to log file it
Requires: container-selinux package as dependancy

This error is showing due to the subscription is not done for openstack-platform.
To solve this problem I subscribed with valid subscription where all openstack related package are provided.
So this is not a bug and I am closing this by myself
