This message is a reminder that Fedora 28 is nearing its end of life. On 2019-May-28 Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 28. Created attachment 1418135 [details] Gnome top bar capture Description of problem: Captures of Gnome top bar are not allowed when using the rectangular selection tool. Version-Release number of selected component: shutter.noarch 0.93.1-9.fc28 Steps to Reproduce: Select Selection tool and attempt to capture area illustrated in attachment. Actual results: operation not allowed. Expected results: to allow for Gnome top bar captures. Additional info: Though when the active window is Gnome destop, selecting Windows -> Active window, allows for captures of the whole screen including the top bar. - On the official site, fix-release v. 0.94 is available.
