As per the Non-responsive Maintainer Policy (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers) I'm asking the maintainer to respond and resolve the following outstanding issues with the psi package:

The current version of psi packaged for Fedora is 0.15-23.fc28, which is 3+ years behind the current upstream version 1.3.

I'm now maintainer of Psi package. I will update it later today.
