Description of problem:
directory /opt/rh/rh-varnish5/root/usr/lib64 is not owned by any package, so after rh-varnish5 uninstallation, this directoty is left on system.
This is relevant only for ppc64le, other architectures are not affected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /opt/rh/rh-varnish5/root/usr/lib64

Actual results:
file /opt/rh/rh-varnish5/root/usr/lib64 is not owned by any package

Expected results:
rh-varnish5-runtime-3.1-3.el7.ppc64le
